How long does a laptop screen replacement take?
Most popular models — Dell Latitude, Lenovo IdeaPad, HP Pavilion and similar — take around 30 to 60 minutes once the screen is on the bench. If we have the panel in stock you can usually wait, otherwise next business day once the part arrives.
Do you fix MacBooks?
Yes — we handle MacBook Air and MacBook Pro repairs including screens, batteries, keyboards and logic-board level diagnostics. We're upfront when an Apple Authorised repair makes more sense, and we'll tell you so.
What if my laptop can't be repaired?
If the cost of repair doesn't make sense — we'll say so straight up. The $80 diagnostic still applies, and we can recover your data and recommend a refurbished replacement that suits your budget.
Do you do insurance reports?
Yes. We provide written damage assessments suitable for home contents and business insurance claims. Most reports are completed within 1–2 business days.
